Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and <Your company name>, <Address> ("we"). You can reach us at support@4ktvzplayer.com.

What the product is

The app is a media player. It plays playlists and streams that you add yourself, from providers you choose. We do not sell, supply or host any channels, films, series or other content, and we have no relationship with any content provider. You are responsible for having the right to use the content you add.

Trial and licences

Every new device gets a free trial of 7 days. After the trial, a licence keeps the app working on that one device: a timed licence (for example one year) or a lifetime licence. A licence belongs to the device it was bought for. You can move it to a new device on this website, within the limits shown there (one move per 30 days and three per year).

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment partners on their own pages (PayPal for accounts and cards, NOWPayments for cryptocurrencies). We never see or store your card or wallet details. Prices include any taxes we are required to show. A licence starts as soon as the payment partner confirms the payment.

Refunds

By buying, you ask for the licence to start immediately, which may affect any statutory right of withdrawal for digital content in your country [D]. If something went wrong, contact us at support@4ktvzplayer.com with your order number. When a payment is refunded or reversed, the licence that payment granted is removed from the device.

Your account and keys

Keep your Device Key, password and recovery code private. Anyone who has your Device ID and Device Key can manage that device on this website. We may disable devices or accounts that are used to break the law or these terms.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in question.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced on this website.
